As a Strategy and Operations Program Manager, you will separately lead high-impact strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization. You will own the scoping, planning, and delivery of complex programs that span multiple quarters, translating vague business priorities into clear, actionable goals and roadmaps. You will partner with executive leadership to align direction and influence cross-functional decision-making through strategic data analysis and insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
