The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies for specific creator segments based on data-driven business objectives.
- Conduct full-cycle post-mortems and ROI analyses to identify high-impact strategies and scalable implementation paths.
- Define and track clear success metrics for all creator initiatives, ensuring alignment with global ecosystem health.
- Partner with the Product team to translate creator needs into actionable requirements and drive the continuous improvement of features.
- Design education programs and "improvement guides" that help streamers professionalize and achieve sustainable growth.
- Monitor the LIVE content ecosystem to identify emerging trends, pain points, and competitive opportunities.
- Lead the planning and execution of creator-facing campaigns, from initial concept to comprehensive performance review.
- Orchestrate collaboration between Product, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure seamless project delivery across global departments.
