Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and business teams
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create process flows, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and requirement documents
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Assist with testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and reviews
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and manage changes
- Use data analysis and reporting to support decision‑making
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with business process modeling and analysis
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI‑PBA, or Agile BA certification
- Experience in a specific domain (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail, technology)
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, or BI platforms
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams
- Knowledge of system integration, APIs, or software development lifecycle (SDLC)
