The role of Principal, Solutions Strategy involves working directly with capital markets clients to navigate digital asset adoption, focusing on regulatory and operational constraints while shaping viable solutions for production deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Enable institutional adoption of digital assets by navigating regulatory and operational constraints that impact production deployment
- Partner with clients (banks, asset managers, and market infrastructure providers) to structure and advance commercially viable solutions
- Translate complex legal and regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable strategies that support deal execution and long-term partnerships
- Influence senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk, and business functions to align on pathways to production
- Identify and mitigate risks early in deal cycles, improving speed and quality of execution
- Contribute to the evolution of financial infrastructure by applying Web3 technologies to real-world institutional use cases
- Support the transition of initiatives from pilot phases to scalable, production-ready implementations
- Bring market awareness and insight into tokenization trends, regulatory developments, and institutional adoption patterns
Requirements:
- Experience working with institutional financial players (e.g., banks, asset managers, market infrastructure providers)
- Proven ability to operate in client-facing, commercial environments, supporting deals, partnerships, or strategic sales efforts
- Strong understanding of regulatory and operational constraints affecting production deployment in financial services
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk, and business teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into practical, execution-focused solutions
- Strong understanding of the Web3 landscape, including tokenization trends and institutional adoption developments
- High level of curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset focused on improving financial infrastructure
- Operational knowledge across asset classes or financial workflows (e.g., fund structures, pre/post-trade, settlement, collateral management, ATS)
- Legal or regulatory background (JD or equivalent) with applied, execution-focused experience
