Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in telecom OSS/BSS systems and process design. The role involves bridging business needs with technology solutions, analyzing requirements, and supporting transformation initiatives across telecom operations and customer-facing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements across OSS (Operations Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems)
- Translate business needs into process designs, workflows, and solution requirements aligned with OSS/BSS architecture
- Lead process design/re-engineering initiatives across order management, service fulfillment, provisioning, billing, and assurance
- Create detailed process models using UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence)
- Apply industry frameworks like eTOM for standardized telecom process design
- Perform AS-IS vs TO-BE gap analysis across OSS/BSS layers and recommend transformation strategies
- Collaborate with IT, network, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless OSS/BSS integration
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions
- Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business/operational expectations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the telecom domain
- Strong expertise in telecom OSS/BSS systems and process design/transformation
- Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements across OSS and BSS
- Translate business needs into process designs, workflows, and solution requirements aligned with OSS/BSS architecture
