Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns
- Supporting business development, bid, and proposal efforts
- Ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards
- Exploring and integrating new warfighting technologies and strategies to enhance project outcomes
- Applying warfighting experience to evaluate capability gaps and propose innovative solutions
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology)
- At least 10 years of experience in project/program management or 10 years' experience in military operations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Office, JIRA, Costpoint)
- Experience with government, military, or government contractor projects and programs
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and writing skills
- Background or strong understanding of Electronic Warfare and its use within the Department of Defense (DoD)
- A valid U.S. passport is required for all official travel outside the continental United States (OCONUS)
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 10 years' experience in tactical aviation
- PMP Certification or similar project management certification
- Experience in DoD test and evaluation
- Understanding of the DoD acquisition system, including appropriate certifications
- Experience developing and implementing training curricula and modifying exercise scenarios
- Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and processes
