EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform focused on digitally transforming the service economy through SaaS solutions. The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding revenue through sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with key decision-makers
- Manage the pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform growth strategies
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in SaaS or technology)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience managing lead generation to demo
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
