Zyter|TruCare is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee various functions of the marketing engine, including content strategy and agency management. The role focuses on content marketing, PR, analyst relations, and website operations to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of the company's product narrative.
Responsibilities:
- Own the editorial calendar and brief PAN Communications on blog topics, bylines, eQ&As, and campaign content tied to the three-thread product narrative (agentic AI orchestration, outcomes-based workflows, enterprise digital core)
- Co-draft Forbes Tech Council bylines and thought leadership pieces (CMO provides strategic direction; you produce first drafts; PAN polishes per executive directive)
- Review all PAN-produced content for brand alignment and narrative consistency
- Ensure all content reflects current product positioning — you are the internal narrative quality gate
- Own the day-to-day relationship with PAN Communications, our PR and content agency ($180K/year)
- Run monthly strategy reviews; hold PAN accountable to category narrative, not generic health tech coverage
- Maintain a shared coverage tracker across earned media, bylines, awards, and analyst mentions
- Coordinate with the events-focused Marketing Manager on PR hooks from conferences, awards, and speaking engagements
- Produce analyst briefing documents for Gartner ($89K relationship), Everest Group (joint webinar in development), and KLAS Research (provider credibility track) — this requires healthcare AI literacy and the ability to translate platform capabilities into analyst-ready language
- Schedule and track briefings, inquiry credits, and deliverables across all three firms
- Partner with the events-focused Marketing Manager who handles logistics and scheduling coordination
- Track relationship health and flag when analyst engagement is going cold
- Own content updates via Sanity CMS (headless); coordinate with our web agency (Milkshake) on structural changes
- Manage the content migration tracker as we expand the site post-launch
- Ensure website content reflects current product positioning and messaging
- Partner with the India-based analytics associate on SEO analytics (GA4, Google Search Console baseline)
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs — PAN content, website, analyst materials, conference collateral
- Work with CMO to translate strategic positioning into operational brand guidelines that PAN and the broader team execute against
- You are not the brand strategist (that's the CMO) — you are the person who ensures every output reflects the strategy
- Review GA4 and HubSpot dashboards (built and maintained by our India-based analytics associate)
- Translate data into narrative for leadership reporting — what's working, what's not, what to adjust
- Partner with the analytics associate to connect brand activity (press, conferences, content) to website behavior and engagement signals
- Provide content and materials support to the events-focused Marketing Manager for conference activations, speaker prep, and submission content
- Coordinate with PAN on PR hooks tied to conference presence
- You do not own event logistics — that is your counterpart's lane
Requirements:
- 5-10 years in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare technology, health IT, or enterprise SaaS
- Direct experience managing a PR or content agency — you know how to brief an agency, hold them accountable to a narrative, and evaluate output quality
- Strong writing skills — you can produce a clean first draft of a Forbes byline, an analyst briefing document, or a campaign brief without heavy editing
- Healthcare industry literacy — you understand payer/provider dynamics, regulatory context (CMS, NCQA, InterQual), and can credibly discuss healthcare AI without a glossary
- CMS experience (Sanity, WordPress, Contentful, or similar) — you've managed website content in a headless or traditional CMS environment
- Comfort with marketing analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot, or equivalent) — you don't need to build dashboards, but you need to read them and translate data into action
- US-based with overlap in Eastern, Central, or Pacific time zones — agency management and analyst relations require same-day responsiveness
- Experience coordinating analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, KLAS, or similar industry analyst firms)
- Familiarity with healthcare AI, clinical decision support, care management, or population health management platforms
- HubSpot experience (we manage a 40K-contact database as a brand asset)
- Experience working in a small, high-velocity marketing team where you wear multiple hats
- Comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) as part of your daily workflow
