Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales in the US outbound travel market
- Build partnerships with tour operators & travel agencies
- Manage full sales cycle (prospecting → closing → account management)
- Develop strategic relationships and grow key accounts
- Represent company at trade shows, events & FAM trips
- Track pipeline, performance & market trends using CRM tools
Requirements:
- 3+ years travel industry sales / business development
- Strong B2B closing & relationship management skills
- Experience with tour operators, travel agencies, or DMCs
- Knowledge of US outbound travel market (Europe/global)
- CRM proficiency + willingness to travel (~25%)
