Pilotcrew AI builds infrastructure for AI Agent Evaluation, aiming to make AI agents measurable and production-ready. The Business / GTM Co-Founder will lead the company's go-to-market strategy, revenue generation, and strategic growth, working closely with the technical founding team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute GTM strategy across enterprise AI teams, labs, and startups
- Build initial customer pipeline (AI labs, MLOps teams, AI safety teams)
- Drive pilot programs → conversions → long-term contracts
- Shape pricing, packaging, and revenue strategy
- Lead enterprise sales cycles (0 → 1 and beyond)
- Build strategic partnerships with AI companies, research labs, and infra providers
- Leverage network to unlock early adopters and design partners
- Position Pilotcrew AI as the evaluation standard layer for AI systems
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value
- Own messaging across decks, website, and investor narratives
- Support fundraising (seed → Series A)
- Build investor relationships and storytelling
- Define long-term business roadmap and expansion strategy
- Own revenue targets and growth metrics
- Build early sales, marketing, and ops functions
- Establish repeatable GTM motion
