The Principal Product Marketing Manager will lead product marketing for Circle’s Digital Assets product pillar, defining positioning and go-to-market strategies for digital asset products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for digital asset products, from market validation through launch and post-launch optimization
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that articulates the value of Circle’s digital asset solutions across key customer segments
- Partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities using customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends
- Lead global product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and adoption
- Build sales and partner enablement materials, including training, narratives, and customer-facing content to drive revenue and usage
- Own competitive intelligence efforts, delivering actionable insights that inform strategy and strengthen market differentiation
- Drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives that expand Circle’s digital asset ecosystem and accelerate growth across products and markets
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, including ownership of go-to-market strategy, product launches, and positioning
- Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services, with strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing narratives
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across Product, Marketing, and Business teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy, positioning, and go-to-market decisions
- Experience leading large, ambiguous projects with high ownership and accountability
- Experience in crypto or blockchain ecosystems, including stablecoins, digital assets, or payments infrastructure
- Familiarity with institutional financial products, trading, treasury, or liquidity management solutions
- Experience working in high-growth or rapidly evolving environments with global product launches
