Siliance, Inc. is hiring a Sales Director for Hardware & Software Product Development Services to drive revenue growth through a B2B2B engagement model. In this role, you will own the client relationship, translate product requirements into scalable delivery solutions, and ensure alignment across commercial, technical, and delivery objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve revenue targets for hardware and software product development services
- Develop and execute account and pipeline growth strategies
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from discovery through close
- Identify and align the most appropriate Siliance Global Partners for each engagement
- Design right‑shore delivery strategies across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations
- Balance cost, quality, risk, and time‑to‑market for every solution
- Lead technical discovery sessions with client engineering and product teams
- Translate business and product requirements into clear technical and commercial solutions
- Own proposals, pricing strategies, SOWs, and commercial negotiations
- Act as the single commercial point of accountability for the client
- Ensure partner delivery meets agreed quality, cost, and schedule expectations
- Serve as the escalation point for commercial or delivery alignment issues
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales of engineering or product development services
- Proven success selling complex, consultative, services-based solutions
- Strong working knowledge of hardware, embedded systems, and software development lifecycles
- Ability to engage credibly with engineering leaders and executive stakeholders
