Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption
- Manage and grow social media presence, creating engaging content aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with design teams to create, schedule, and monitor digital content across platforms
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for better outcomes
- Build and manage a strong database of academic stakeholders across India
- Drive day-to-day marketing initiatives for the academic segment
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to create onboarding and engagement materials
- Develop marketing collateral, content, and communication assets for campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all touchpoints
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations, documentation, and coordination across teams
- Track budgets, process invoices, and maintain financial records for marketing activities
- Ensure alignment with approved plans and maintain compliance with internal processes
- Support planning and execution of academic events, conferences, and exhibitions
- Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and marketing material readiness
- Ensure strong brand presence and smooth execution across all events
- Assist with post-event analysis and reporting
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors for campaign execution
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals for all marketing activities
- Track vendor performance and ensure quality and brand adherence
Requirements:
- Some experience in marketing, preferably in education, publishing, or related sectors
- Strong experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Hands-on exposure to social media management and performance tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with Marketo for campaign execution and reporting
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Ability to create structured presentations using PowerPoint
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Express
