Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in a design role (agency, studio, or in-house).
- 1 year of experience innovating with AI tools for visual exploration, prototyping, and visual development.
- 1 year of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video editing for multi-channel projects across print and digital.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing high-stakes commercial presentations and proposals for global brands or agencies that directly win business.
- Experience in AdTech or B2B Sales, with effective skills in high-fidelity prototyping and motion design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Keynote and advanced presentation software.
- Expertise in typography, color theory, and layout design, with the ability to create visuals within technical constraints.

Responsibilities
- Use Gemini and other AI tools to quickly brainstorm ideas and create initial design directions. Be a superuser of Google AI products, including AI studio and emerging tech.
- Create project visual identities within brand guidelines. Innovate, establishing next-generation design collateral that can be scaled across the sales team.
- Produce compelling sales presentations, innovating within brand guidelines and using motion graphics and AI-driven elements to enhance materials.
- Take complex data and create stunning visualizations that simplify information so that it is relatable and memorable.
