Indji Systems is a company dedicated to helping utilities and energy operators manage natural hazards through their innovative Indji Watch platform. They are seeking a commercially driven Business Development & Account Manager to grow subscription revenue across new and existing utility customers in the United States and Canada, focusing on building relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities across the North American utility sector
- Build and grow relationships with utility transmission, distribution, and emergency management stakeholders
- Lead consultative sales engagements that connect Indji Watch capabilities to real operational needs
- Support growth across existing accounts alongside the Americas Sales Manager
- Bring market insight and customer feedback into Indji's go-to-market approach
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Exposure to electric utility transmission, distribution, or emergency management operations
- B2B technology or sales experience
- Ability to manage opportunities independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and commercial skills
- Direct experience in the electric utility sector
- 5+ years of B2B technology or SaaS sales experience
