A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Product Marketing to support product launches and sales enablement initiatives. This role involves managing project execution from planning through rollout, ensuring high-quality materials are delivered to sales and service teams while coordinating across various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project management for product launches and enablement initiatives
- Develop and manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Manage creation and updates of sales enablement materials (primarily PowerPoint)
- Oversee content publishing and governance within enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot)
- Support global launches, including translation workflows and localization efforts
- Partner with digital teams to ensure seamless content handoffs and deployment
- Ensure sales and service teams have timely access to accurate, high-quality materials
- Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 6–9 years of total professional experience
- Proven experience in project management (mandatory)
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end enablement or product launch initiatives
- Strong experience creating and managing PowerPoint-based sales enablement materials
- Hands-on experience with Highspot, including: Content uploads and tagging, Version control, Seller usability and governance
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting global product or marketing launches
- Familiarity with translation and localization workflows
- Background in product marketing, sales enablement, or marketing operations
