Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a strong Business Analyst with expertise in process design and transformation within the telecom domain, focusing on OSS/BSS systems. The role involves bridging business needs with technology solutions by analyzing requirements, designing optimized processes, and supporting end-to-end transformation initiatives across telecom operations and customer-facing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across OSS (Operations Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems)
- Translate business needs into process designs, workflows, and solution requirements aligned with OSS/BSS architecture
- Lead process design and re-engineering initiatives across areas such as order management, service fulfillment, provisioning, billing, and assurance
- Create detailed process models using UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence diagrams)
- Apply industry frameworks like eTOM for standardized telecom process design
- Perform AS-IS vs TO-BE gap analysis across OSS/BSS layers and recommend transformation strategies
- Collaborate with IT, network, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between OSS and BSS systems
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business and operational expectations
