Director of Project Management

Iceberg is a leading legal service provider that utilizes technology and industry expertise to streamline eDiscovery and contract analysis processes for law firms and in-house legal teams. As the Director of Project Management, you will lead a team of eDiscovery project managers and be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing project communications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team 8-12 of eDiscovery PMs/Senior eDiscovery PMs
• Responsible for planning, monitoring and managing internal/external project communications of the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (JD/LLM preferred)
• US Based
• Minimum 5 years eDiscovery Project Management experience in either a Law Firm or eDiscovery Service Provider
• Minimum 2 years leading an eDiscovery Team working on Large Scale global eDiscovery matters
• Experience supporting sales professionals in client facing meetings
• The ability to use metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to automate workflows to improve efficiency
• Experience managing a team of 8 PMs/SPMs minimum
