Iceberg is a leading legal service provider that utilizes technology and industry expertise to streamline eDiscovery and contract analysis processes for law firms and in-house legal teams. As the Director of Project Management, you will lead a team of eDiscovery project managers and be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing project communications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team 8-12 of eDiscovery PMs/Senior eDiscovery PMs
- Responsible for planning, monitoring and managing internal/external project communications of the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (JD/LLM preferred)
- US Based
- Minimum 5 years eDiscovery Project Management experience in either a Law Firm or eDiscovery Service Provider
- Minimum 2 years leading an eDiscovery Team working on Large Scale global eDiscovery matters
- Experience supporting sales professionals in client facing meetings
- The ability to use metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to automate workflows to improve efficiency
- Experience managing a team of 8 PMs/SPMs minimum
