Integrate is the leading Demand Orchestration Platform for enterprise B2B marketers, seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to drive net new business across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. The role involves owning the sales process from prospecting to closing, navigating complex sales cycles, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own a geographic or vertical territory and drive net new ARR across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Run full-cycle sales from prospecting through close — including outbound, inbound, and channel-sourced opportunities
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes involving Marketing, Demand Gen, RevOps, and IT
- Develop deep discovery skills to understand each prospect's demand gen infrastructure, data quality challenges, and pipeline goals
- Build compelling, ROI-driven business cases that connect Integrate's platform to measurable revenue outcomes
- Partner with Solutions Engineering on technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and expansion opportunities post-close
Requirements:
- 3–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts with ACV of $50K–$250K+
- Comfortable navigating multi-threaded deals with Marketing, Demand Gen, RevOps, and sometimes IT as stakeholders
- Consultative seller — you lead with business problems, not product features
- Strong pipeline generation discipline — you don't wait for leads to come to you
- Proficient in Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can run a boardroom and write a tight follow-up email
- Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
- Background in MarTech, AdTech, data, or demand generation platforms strongly preferred — you understand how B2B marketing teams buy and operate
