PTC is a leading company transforming the physical and digital worlds through their software solutions. The Senior Project Manager will lead consulting teams in various industries, ensuring project scope, resource allocation, and delivery are met while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Communicate project status regularly to various stakeholders
- Perform risk management to mitigate potential risks
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes
Requirements:
- Requires 5 years of customer-facing project management experience in the configuration and deployment of impactful software solutions for manufacturing industries
- US Citizen or GC Holder
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership, escalation management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM)
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be a US Citizen
- PMP certification
- Experience with PLM, or ALM, implementations
