Higharc is a VC-backed startup revolutionizing home design and construction. They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Events Manager to optimize their participation in various events, ensuring effective strategies and alignment across teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define, analyze, and predict pipeline and revenue impact from S&M events
- Own event strategy, selection, GTM team activation, and follow up
- Own lead capture and ROI Tracking
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between PeopleOps (logistics), Marketing, Business Development, and Sales
- Analyze event performance, recommend optimizations to double down on events with proven ROI and cut events that don’t perform
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in events management
- Experience as an events manager for B2B software
- Track record of success maintaining accountability in situations where you don't directly control the output
- Strong ability to multitask while offering high-touch support
- Balance flexing from strategic thinking to in-the-weeds execution
- Passion for and/or experience in the AEC industry
