They are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to handle multiple channels, campaigns, and strategies simultaneously, optimizing marketing efforts across paid, organic, and CRM channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns :
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads
- Other platforms (TikTok, Reddit, Taboola, etc.)
- Oversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, content growth)
- Manage social media growth and content distribution
- Work closely with content and design teams to execute campaigns
- Track and optimize lead generation funnels and conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like:
- GA4
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs
- Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows (email, follow-ups, funnels)
- Handle multi-tasking across multiple projects, campaigns, and platforms
- Coordinate with developers for tracking, landing pages, and integrations
- Continuously test and scale campaigns for better CPL and ROI
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong expertise in: Paid Ads (Meta & Google Ads mandatory)
- SEO and content marketing
- Lead generation and funnel optimization
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Experience in automotive / logistics / lead generation businesses
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar)
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO
- Basic understanding of tracking setups (GTM, pixels, events)
