Sr Director - Product Management, Healthcare Data & MDM Solutions

LexisNexis Risk Solutions provides advanced technology and analytics to help customers evaluate and predict risk. The Senior Director, Healthcare Data & MDM Solutions is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of healthcare data initiatives, focusing on product leadership and consulting delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
• Lead development of enterprise MDM capabilities across healthcare domains
• Drive go-to-market strategies and data-driven product decisions
• Serve as delivery executive for large, complex healthcare engagements
• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare payer executives
• Shape statements of work and expansion opportunities
• Lead and develop product managers and consulting leaders
• Foster a culture of accountability, scalability, and customer focus
• Own P&L performance, forecasting, and KPI measurement
• Champion Agile and Lean delivery methodologies

Requirements:

• 10+ years leadership experience in healthcare consulting or product management
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience working with or for healthcare payers
• Proven leadership of MDM solutions in healthcare
• Strong financial, delivery, and executive communication skills
• MBA preferred
• PMP or Agile certification preferred
