Iron Mountain is a leader in records and information management, seeking a strategic and highly motivated Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join their Global Marketing and Advocacy team. In this role, you will architect the Customer Win Database, build the Customer Referral Engine, and lead the Global Story Program to enhance customer engagement and storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Architect the "Win Room" Customer Database. You will design and maintain a centralized, searchable database of "Why We Won" insights, categorizing victories by solution and digital transformation outcomes to provide Sales with real-time "Win Flashes"
- Build the Customer Referral and Advocacy Engine. You will collaborate with top-tier clients to launch a formal referral program that incentivizes customer-to-customer introductions while maintaining a high-fidelity Reference Bureau to ensure advocates remain engaged
- Lead the Global Story Program for Content Standards. You will ensure all multimedia storytelling—including video testimonials and technical webinars—meets organizational standards for a "tech-first" narrative, shifting focus from storage efficiency to digital velocity
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Advocacy, or Sales Enablement within the Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) or Data Center space
- Strong knowledge of structured data management, possessing a 'Librarian mindset' to transform disorganized information into a searchable database usable by global teams at any time
- Proven ability in high-level storytelling and executive engagement, with a 'Journalist heart' capable of interviewing Chief-level (C-level) executives to extract meaningful value propositions
- Expertise in modern marketing technology, including professional proficiency in Salesforce, advocacy platforms, and the application of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) to accelerate content production
