The Sales Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and establishing partnerships within target sectors while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
- Sales and Business Development expertise with a focus on lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving revenue goals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience conducting market research and developing strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Proven ability to identify and establish strong relationships within target markets
- Experience in waste management, construction, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
