Gallagher Security is dedicated to protecting what matters most and is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for the New England region. This role involves managing sales activities, developing strategic plans for market growth, and building strong relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day sales activity across the New England territory
- Developing and executing territory and account plans to drive growth
- Identifying, qualifying, and converting new enterprise business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with end users, partners, and key stakeholders
- Expanding channel networks and strengthening partner engagement
- Driving revenue growth year-on-year across new and existing accounts
- Leading complex sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Partnering with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists to deliver integrated solutions
- Preparing and responding to RFIs, RFQs, proposals, and customer presentations
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Contributing to continuous improvement across sales processes and performance
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years' experience in security industry sales
- Proven track record in enterprise-level B2B sales and business development
- Experience managing territory-based sales activity and delivering consistent growth
- Strong network and reputation within the New England region
- Experience working with channel partners and expanding sales ecosystems
- Confidence managing complex, solution-based sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong commercial acumen
- High levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Access control experience (preferred but not essential)
