Key Responsibilities
Service Marketing & Go-to-Market Enablement
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for aftermarket services, including extended coverage, digital services, telematics, and fleet solutions.
Develop marketing strategies, value propositions, and product positioning for targeted customer segments.
Lead product launch planning and commercialization in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Create sales enablement tools, training materials, and dealer support programs.
Drive marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase product adoption and penetration across dealer and fleet channels.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout of new service offerings.
Market & Business Insights
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product offerings with market demand.
