Role: Change Management Consultant
Responsibilities
- Define and execute change management strategy aligned to S2P program (Source to pay transformation initiatives )
- Develop change roadmap, stakeholder engagement plan, and success metrics
- Identify and align key stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT, and business units
- Drive leadership alignment and sponsorship across functions
- Conduct change impact assessments across roles, processes, and geographies
- Evaluate organizational readiness and define mitigation plans
- Develop targeted communication strategy tailored to different personas
- Articulate what s changing and what s in it for me for end users
- Drive effective training sessions/ programs
- Inputs for user-friendly training materials and guides
- Support go-live planning and execution from Change management standpoint
- Manage hyper care activities, issue tracking, and feedback loops
- Adoption Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics
Qualifications
- 6+ years in change management, preferably in procurement or ERP transformations
- Experience in S2P platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into change interventions
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
