This is a unique opportunity to drive tax compliance excellence within our Workplace Solutions business, building and developing a high-performing team while serving as a senior technical authority on FATCA/CRS, US information reporting, and withholding compliance.
As a Tax Compliance Vice President within the Workplace Solutions team, you will play a central leadership role in running the day-to-day tax compliance function, leading a team of tax professionals, and partnering closely with business, product, and technology stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence with Internal Revenue Service regulations, intergovernmental agreement obligations, and country-specific reporting requirements, while driving process transformation and operational efficiency across the function. You will work closely with senior management to escalate key decisions and ensure alignment with broader business and compliance objectives.
