
Full Time| Schedule Sun, Mon & Thursday 2pm-10:30pm - Friday & Saturday 5pm-1:30am

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Player’s Club Shift Manager manages all daily operations for assigned shift following established company standards and procedures. You will report to the Player’s Club Manager.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will manage staff to deliver great guest service, teamwork and camaraderie.
2. Audit/inspect work of your team to ensure standards are met.
3. You will ensure that the highest possible standards of guest services and associate relations are maintained and carried out in fair manner.
4. Monitor job performance progress of associates, provide feedback to aid the associate in developing and enhancing skills and conduct performance management.
5. You will collaborate with Player’s Club Manager to schedule associates and ensure correct staffing levels and make adjustments accordance with guest needs while controlling labor costs to increase profits.
6. Recruit, select and make recommendations for staffing and training.
7. You will talk with guests to ensure satisfaction.
8. Resolve any customer or associate complaints or problems according to standard conflict resolution protocol.
9. You will provide input concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
10. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Knowledge in products, service and the appearance of all outlets
Knowledgeable in cost control systems and methods
Understand P&L statement and how your actions affect, improve
Excellent oral or written (legible) communication techniques
Three (3) year previous management experience
