$36,847 - $44,954; commensurate with experience
Serve as receptionist for the Event Coordination staff. Perform day to day office functions to include answering the main phone line and communicating event information. Prepare payment authorizations, requisitions and client invoices; monitor budget expenses and balances, and reconcile accounts; assist with hiring and training student workers; monitor student schedules; assist with event reservations, reports, and updates; oversee table/chair reservations and assist with physical movement of tables and chairs. Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Two years of progressively responsible clerical or secretarial experience required.
Note: An Associate's degree (two years of college coursework) and one year experience may be considered in lieu of work experience.
Prior experience working with students, MTSource, Banner and 25Live preferred.
