Our Clinical Operations Manager leads the Patient Services (Scheduling) Department to ensure seamless patient care coordination. You will oversee a team of Leads and Coordinators, driving operational excellence through data-driven decisions, process improvement, and strategic staffing.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop a team of 10–15; oversee performance, scheduling, and professional growth.
Operational Oversight: Ensure 100% accuracy in scheduling Admissions, Recertifications, and Resumptions while maintaining compliance with physician frequency orders.
Data & KPIs: Create and monitor daily/weekly reports (Payroll, Nurse Quotas, Visit Compliance) to optimize department performance and hit KPI goals.
Strategic Planning: Identify process bottlenecks, develop new SOPs, and execute emergency preparedness protocols.
Collaboration: Partner with Clinical Directors to troubleshoot care coordination issues and ensure patient safety across all routes.
Required Qualifications
• Experience: 4+ years in healthcare/clinical operations;
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Expertise:
• 2+ years of experience defining and optimizing operational workflows.
• Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex data analysis).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Analytical Rigor: Ability to interpret data trends to drive tangible improvements.
• Organizational Mastery: Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Leadership: A focus on building team morale, fostering quality, and promoting professional development.
