MedTrainer is the only all-in-one compliance platform purpose-built for healthcare organizations. The Content Marketing Manager will create engaging content, develop strategies, and support campaigns to enhance MedTrainer’s brand and drive demand.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, engaging storytelling communications and copy across a variety of channels, including emails, blog posts, websites, white papers, infographics, sales collateral, and more
- Gain an understanding of the healthcare compliance field and audiences and translate product value propositions and messaging into clear and compelling content that drives awareness and action
- Use data, research, and information provided by subject matter experts, and structure it into a compelling story
- Write email copy and develop targeted content that drives lead generation and pipeline
- Identify ways that AI can improve content efficiency and work to build processes that incorporate AI
- Plan all aspects of content for webinars, including: topic identification, working with subject matter experts, and crafting presentations that provide value while aligning with MedTrainer’s goals
- Maintain content calendars, schedules, and processes to keep projects of all sizes on track and aligned with marketing goals
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience writing and editing content in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and anticipate what's next
- Experience using AI to effectively assist in creating content
- Willingness to learn and passionate about doing great work
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience writing in AP style
- Experience in SaaS or healthcare
- Experience with webinars, videos, or multimedia content
