Honeywell is looking for a Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales Engineer who will provide primary technical pre-sales support to account representatives throughout the sales cycle. The role involves engaging with customers, presenting technical solutions, and supporting the North American Sales Team from a technical perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in customer-facing activities
- Present technical sales briefings to customers
- Help coordinate engineering support
- Give feedback to product development needs
- Support the North American Sales Team from a technical perspective
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technology or business discipline
- 3+ years in customer sales support activities, analyzing customer business needs, and designing solutions to address client needs
- Software development experience
- Working knowledge of network connectivity
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated, hardworking, results orientated and problem solver with a positive outlook
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- The ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements
- Understanding of Enterprise level solutions
