The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of channel partners, driving revenue, and ensuring partner accountability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own and expand a book of active channel partners
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline, deal progression, and revenue
- Build and execute partner business plans with clear growth targets
- Identify and unlock opportunities across partner networks
- Set expectations around pipeline, activity, and revenue contribution
- Hold partners accountable and push performance
- Identify top performers and double down
- Onboard and ramp new partners within 90 days
- Train partners on ICP, positioning, and sales motion
- Equip them with the tools to confidently sell Swiftlane
- Support deals from qualification to close
- Manage deal registration and partner alignment
- Navigate and resolve channel conflict with direct sales
- Track pipeline and revenue in CRM
- Forecast partner-driven business accurately
- Identify gaps and course-correct underperformance
