Zonda is a leading brand in residential construction intelligence, providing data-driven housing market solutions. They are seeking a Product Management Intern to join their Digital Software Solutions team, focusing on enhancing back-end data sharing across digital products to improve client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Interview product managers across Envision, Zonda Live, Zonda Virtual, and virtual asset products to deeply understand each product's data sets and back-end architecture
- Identify opportunities for data sharing and integration across the digital product suite, going beyond the obvious to surface creative middleware and workflow solutions
- Propose ideas for how distinct data sets can feed into one another to create a more seamless client experience and a lighter, more efficient back end
- Assist in the development and documentation of product strategies and roadmaps related to data integration
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to evaluate feasibility of proposed integrations
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and best practices in data sharing and systems architecture within SaaS or proptech environments
- Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform integration priorities and improvements
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- A systems-thinking mindset—you're more energized by back-end data flows than by visual design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for how complex systems connect
- Excellent communication skills; able to interview stakeholders, synthesize information, and present ideas clearly
- Familiarity with product management principles and methodologies
- Experience with or interest in data architecture, APIs, or middleware concepts
- Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) and/or Figma is a plus
- Passion for real estate technology and the homebuilding industry
