Leoforce is partnered with a rapidly growing, U.S.-based packaging manufacturer specializing in flexible and sustainable packaging solutions. They are seeking a high-impact Business Development Executive to drive growth across the Western U.S. by building a new territory and developing net-new business in sustainable paper-based packaging.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Sell custom paper-based packaging solutions including kraft paper bags, mailers, and multi-layer packaging
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and strategic targeting
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets
Requirements:
- Direct experience selling paper packaging, flexible packaging is required
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong hunter mentality
- Proven success closing large, complex deals
- Ability to operate independently and manage a multi-state territory
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
