Endor Labs is building an Application Security platform for the software development revolution. The Field Marketing Manager will design and deliver creative event experiences, manage the full event lifecycle, and collaborate across departments to engage technical audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver creative, standout event experiences from major trade shows and conferences to community meetups, owned events and developer-focused activations that cut through industry noise and make Endor Labs memorable
- Own the full event lifecycle across the U.S. and international including venue scouting, negotiations, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event analysis
- Build and nurture developer community programs. Think unconventional formats, meetups, hands-on activities and activations that earn genuine engagement rather than badge scans
- Collaborate across departments to craft event narratives that resonate with technical audiences and align with company goals
- Develop and manage event budgets, finding resourceful ways to maximize impact
- Partner with the demand generation team on event promotion across social media, email, community channels and direct outreach to drive attendance and meaningful engagement
- Manage production of event materials from booth design and swag to digital assets with an eye for detail and always trying to raise the bar
- Track and report on event performance, using data and attendee feedback to continuously iterate and experiment with new approaches
- Coordinate team logistics for external events, including travel, registrations, and material shipments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct experience planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, community events, or developer-focused activations
- Experience in developer relations, developer community building, or technical community engagement and cybersecurity is a strong plus
- Experience with tools such as SalesForce, WebFlow, Asana, Hubspot and Canva
- A creative spark and a track record of outside-the-box thinking. You've designed event experiences that made people stop, pay attention, and remember the brand long after the conference floor closed
- Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple events and workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You build relationships easily with vendors, sponsors, partners, and cross-functional teams
- You see AI as a creative collaborator and you're always experimenting with new ways to utilise it
- Experience managing event budgets with a proven ability to deliver high-impact results within allocated resources
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally
