The Senior Business Transformation Analyst role focuses on supporting digital transformation initiatives by facilitating process improvements and ensuring coordinated execution across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the analysis and documentation of complex, cross‑functional business processes, with emphasis on understanding inputs, outputs, dependencies, and handoffs across teams
- Support program‑level execution by maintaining visibility across multiple transformation initiatives and highlighting sequencing, dependency, and readiness considerations. Partner with functional teams to capture accurate current‑state processes and support transitions to new tools, workflows, and operating models
- Analyze process performance using defined metrics and benchmarks, and support identification of opportunities for efficiency, quality improvement, and automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal Solutions, Product, OT, Finance, and Analytics to ensure process changes align with broader organizational objectives
- Support the design and documentation of streamlined and standardized processes, incorporating best practices while respecting functional context and constraints
- Assist with the implementation of process and workflow changes by supporting action planning, stakeholder readiness, and adoption coordination
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, analytics, and AI‑enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve execution reliability
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, process reengineering, or transformation support within complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across multiple teams
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at varying levels, including functional leaders, technical teams, and Finance partners
- Familiarity with program management principles, including dependency tracking, sequencing, and cross‑initiative coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and communicate effectively in cross‑functional settings
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross‑functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen, observe, and synthesize stakeholder input into accurate process representations and actionable insights
- A problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and execution reliability
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, or analytics (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience working with workflow automation, RPA, business intelligence, or AI‑enabled solutions
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint/M365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or Automation Anywhere
