System Analyst (Healthcare)

Job Title: System Analyst

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite mandatory)

Duration: 6-12 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst with experience in the healthcare domain to support system analysis, requirement gathering, and implementation activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful delivery of healthcare IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements
• Support system design, development, and implementation activities
• Perform gap analysis and recommend system improvements
• Coordinate with development and QA teams for testing and validation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data standards
• Provide production support and resolve system-related issues
• Create documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst
• Strong experience in healthcare domain (EHR/EMR, claims, payer/provider systems)
• Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare applications or platforms
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools

Work Model:

• Hybrid role 3 days onsite in Woodland Hills, CA (mandatory)
