Job Title: D365 CRM Architect
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solution architecture, customization, integration, and leadership in delivering enterprise-grade CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture for D365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead implementation of modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
- Customize and configure D365 using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Define data models, entities, workflows, and business process flows
- Integrate D365 with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices
- Perform code reviews, solution validation, and performance optimization
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance within the CRM ecosystem
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product teams
- Support deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in CRM, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect
- Strong knowledge of:
- D365 CE (Customer Engagement modules)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Dataverse architecture
- Experience with integrations using:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)
- Proficiency in:
- C#, .NET, JavaScript
- Plugin and workflow development
- Strong understanding of data migration and data modeling
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM strategies
