About this role
- Over 10+ years of experience in ForgeRock Administration and Designing
- Design, develop, and support CIAM solutions using ForgeRock/PingOne AIC, focusing on authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
- Implement and manage SSO and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, LDAP, ADFS, and Kerberos across applications.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and automation processes, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
- Build and enhance security features including MFA, risk-based authentication, and progressive profiling.
- Troubleshoot CIAM-related issues, optimize system performance, and provide operational support including after-hours maintenance when required.
- Contribute to large-scale IAM deployments with high availability, clustering, auditing, and monitoring using tools like ELK and Dynatrace.
