Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include but may not be limited to: 

• Analyze, define, implement, and execute quality and test related activities according to a given quality, and test strategy for the product area
• Create a detailed test design including test system landscape requirements and product standards, prepare tests (customizing and master data), author and execute manual and automated tests
• Analyze test results (issues) and take appropriate follow-up actions
• Serve as the subject matter expert in the team in terms of quality assurance and test related processes, methods and tools
• Apply product knowledge to relevant business processes and scenarios and a basic understanding of customer needs
• Work with the Development and QA teams to gather testing requirements for a complex SaaS web application
• Establish a high-level performance testing strategy and design test plans which illustrate the performance testing approach
• Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts
• Implement and execute automated load testing scripts for web-based applications and API’s
• Identify and document the root cause of performance
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Evaluate overall system capacity during end-to-end load tests
• Maintain performance testing applications, environment, and datasets
• Integrate performance testing scripts into CI/CD pipeline
• Provide insight into performance bottlenecks leveraging a variety of skills and tool sets on multiple platforms

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 2+ years in SAP Concur test automation skills with Java, Junit, Selenium, TestNG, script, and Jenkins
• Experience executing and maintaining large testing automation system, more than 1000 test scripts
• Skilled in Database/SQL, including Oracle or HANA, JVM, OS, UNIX/Linux based environments
• Experience testing scalable Web based applications
• QA testing/methodology, including white box testing, black box testing, and integration testing
• Designing, implementing, and executing test plans that include unit, functional, regression, system and integration tests

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Required

• SAP, Agile, SAFe certifications desired 

Other:

• Must be US Citizen
• Having an Active DoD Secret clearance preferred or Ability to Obtain it
• Ability to work remote and occasionally travel to Arlington, VA ~once per quarter
