Trident Search is working with a fast-growing, venture-backed cybersecurity company specializing in AI SOC. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help scale outbound efforts and drive pipeline growth in a rapidly evolving security space.
Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline through multi-channel outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Execute and iterate on outbound sequences based on performance data
- Research and prioritise target accounts using intent and firmographic data
- Personalise outreach to security and engineering stakeholders
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaigns
Requirements:
- 6-18 months experience in an SDR/BDR role
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Comfortable with high activity levels and outbound prospecting
- Curious mindset, especially around cybersecurity and emerging technologies
- Someone who takes ownership and enjoys improving how things are done
