Archetype AI is developing the world's first AI platform to bring AI into the real world. They are seeking a high-performing Head of Partnerships to build their partner-led go-to-market strategy, managing a global partner ecosystem to accelerate revenue growth and establish a scalable function.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own Archetype AI's global partnerships strategy across CSPs, GenAI ISVs, edge computing vendors, and Global System Integrators (GSIs) to accelerate revenue growth
- Identify, source, prioritize, onboard, and manage strategic channel and ecosystem partners
- Establish Archetype AI's position within the broader Physical AI, GenAI, and cloud ecosystems
- Build and operationalize partner-led GTM and co-sell motions in close collaboration with sales, product, and engineering
- Launch multi-partner solutions and joint offerings that integrate Archetype AI into partner platforms and enterprise workflows
- Source and influence pipeline in close collaboration with the Sales team, owning accountability for partner-sourced pipeline, customer wins, and expansion
- Establish, track, and consistently exceed quarterly partner-driven KPIs and revenue targets
- Own relationships with cloud service providers, including solution positioning, technical alignment, and joint customer engagement
- Support early marketplace strategies, solution packaging, and deployment models aligned to enterprise buying motions
- Evangelize Archetype's platform across the ecosystem and influence the product roadmap based on partner and customer feedback
- Serve as the executive owner for senior-level partner relationships, including governance, joint planning, and long-term strategic alignment
- Represent Archetype AI externally with partners, customers, and ecosystem leaders, and support fundraising conversations or board updates
- Establish the foundational partnerships operating model and build scalable onboarding, enablement, and certification programs
- As the company continues to scale in the future, hire and develop a small, high-impact partnerships team while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment
