YUJ is a global design company focused on creating impact through design. They are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR Hunter) to drive outbound lead generation in the US market, focusing on booking qualified meetings with enterprise decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage target account lists and prospect pipelines
- Develop and refine outbound messaging for enterprise personas
- Execute multi-channel outreach, with cold calling as the primary channel
- Engage with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders
- Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings
- Continuously optimize outreach based on performance insights
- Execute outreach using provided database, ICP, and messaging framework
- Focus on cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting booking
- Provide structured feedback on market response and messaging effectiveness
- Prospect, research, and engage with new leads and target accounts
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Initiate conversations with enterprise decision-makers
- Conduct high-quality, consistent cold calling and outreach campaigns
- Execute multi-touch engagement across channels
- Maintain persistence through structured follow-ups
- Track and report: Calls made, Conversations, Meetings booked, Conversion metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting and messaging
Requirements:
- Experience as an SDR/BDR in outbound sales (US market preferred)
- Strong track record in cold calling, pipeline generation, and meeting booking
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-suite)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset
- Experience in B2B services or consulting environments is strongly preferred
- Experience in design, digital, or SaaS outbound sales is also valuable
