Senior Salesforce Developer

Convergenz is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to build structured, scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business requirements. This role involves designing high-quality implementations, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring system integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned to real business needs
• Translating requirements into well-architected implementations on the platform
• Developing using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, workflows, validations, and integrations
• Building, executing, and maintaining unit tests and test plans
• Participating in code reviews and upholding development standards
• Driving enhancements and new functionality within the Salesforce environment
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Supporting configuration (fields, layouts, workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards)
• Maintaining system integrity, security, and compliance
• Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver complete solutions
• Implementing AppExchange products and integrations
• Investigating and resolving integration challenges
• Prototyping new solutions and exploring platform capabilities
• Staying current on Salesforce technologies and sharing insights
• Documenting best practices and contributing to continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and complex process design
• Hands-on experience with Apex
• Hands-on experience with Visualforce
• Hands-on experience with Force.com APIs
• Hands-on experience with Web Services
• Salesforce Developer certification(s)
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
• Education / experience requirement: Bachelor's + 14 years experience OR Master's + 12 years experience OR no degree + 18 years experience
• Ability to balance technical execution with business context
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
