Business Intelligence Analyst

Centene Corporation is transforming the health of communities across the United States. They are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support business operations by developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards while ensuring compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities:

• Builds dashboards, reports, and visualizations from defined requirements, leveraging user flows/wireframes/mock-ups where provided
• Contributes to development and maintenance of efficient, performant data models with guidance/review from senior team members
• Partners with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and documents requirements and acceptance criteria with support
• Performs testing to validate accuracy, compliance with standards, and intended user experience; documents results and resolves defects
• Provides end-user support via office hours, documentation, and user guides for assigned BI products
• Participates in multiple simultaneous projects and product-oriented teams; follows team change control processes
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in technical data analysis/business intelligence and translating requirements into specifications required
• 2+ years Experience in relevant programming including DAX and M languages required
• 3+ years Experience in related business analysis required
• Master's Degree in a related field, i.e., Mathematics, Computer Science, etc may be considered in lieu of some of the required experience (not to exceed 2 years)
• 1+ years Experience in healthcare preferred
• 1+ years Experience in Figma or other design applications preferred
• 1+ years Experience in relevant programming using SQL / Python / Microsoft Azure preferred
