Senior Technical Project Manager

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company known for its innovative lifestyle solutions. They are seeking a self-motivated Senior Technical Project Manager to join the New Product Development group, where the STPM will align project direction and decision points across various business disciplines while delivering high-quality products to market.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver best-in-class (“5-star”) products to market
• Ensure global team alignment on product direction (“right product”)
• Maintain project schedules to meet timelines and retailer requirements (“right time”)
• Communicate project status, risks, and key issues to stakeholders
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across global teams
• Partner closely with Engineering and TPM teams throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or engineering (project management preferred)
• Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Solid technical understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Engineering background
• Experience in plastics or consumer household appliances
• Budget management experience
• Experience presenting to executive leadership or board-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CREO
