Compunnel Inc. is a rapidly growing SaaS commerce platform that helps merchants power their digital ordering and customer engagement solutions. The Platform Implementation Manager will be responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding and implementation experience for new merchants, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new merchants
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during setup
- Run kickoff calls and manage implementation timelines
- Support integrations with POS (Point-of-Sale) systems
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues
- Train clients on platform features and best practices
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and internal teams
- Gather client feedback to improve product and processes
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Implementation / Onboarding
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management
- Experience working with POS systems (required)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
